Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison Southwest, WI

Hotel was on nice quiet place. We enjoyed pool. Breakfast was good every day. When we got there guy that worked in the morning never greeted us, we walked in asked to check on I never once hear his wince never sad hi to us or how are you or if we need anything. Lady that worked there in the morning during the breakfast was friendly and kept place cleaned and made sure everything was put out. On way out people that were cleaning rooms were nice.

The hotel is very clean, maintained and has a comfortable and welcoming feel. Breakfast was always warm and had different options each day which I appreciated. The manager, Sean, and Lucy at the front desk are exceptional in customer service. I would stay here again especially because of their kindness and professionalism.

We did not have the breakfast as we left around 7:00 a.m. My husband sat in the lobby waiting for me to finish getting ready and said there were numerous people waiting for the breakfast to be ready.

The room was very spacious and reasonably priced! It had everything we needed. And the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Plus it was great they had a splash area in the pool.

Excellent options. Both cold and warm options were delicious. Coffee was very good. Nice selection of fresh fruit. Staff were professional and helpful. We noticed how much attention to detail there was and how much pride the staff had in the hotel.
